By creating an account, signing in with Google, or accessing the CoakCoak mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and device security.
• You agree to provide accurate information and refrain from impersonating any individual or entity.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Publishing abusive, defamatory, harassing, or hate speech content.
• Transmitting spam, unauthorized advertising, or fraudulent solicitations.
• Uploading viruses, malware, or attempting unauthorized access to servers or APIs.
• Cheating, automated bot usage, or manipulating game results in multiplayer games (such as Chess and Hokm).

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the CoakCoak application, logos, designs, and software belong to CoakCoak. You retain ownership of content you post, and grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban any account that violates these Terms or engages in behavior detrimental to other community members, at our sole discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free at all times.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of CoakCoak after revisions signifies your acceptance.
